CrossFit 1936 Memberships
CrossFit can be intimidating! We get that and are not naive to the fact that though anyone CAN do CrossFit it is not FOR everyone. We ask that all potential members meet with one of our staff prior to becoming a member. WHY?!? We want to get to know you, talk about your fitness goals, and why CrossFit 1936 programming is different. Ask us all of your questions and then you can decide which of our programs works for you!
We want you to feel confident and ready to attend classes. Our entry level programs (CrossFit Basic Foundations Course OR Ignite Transformation Challenge) will transform your view ( and body) of traditional fitness! At your interview we can decide together which course is right for you in order to participate at CrossFit 1936.

Ignite Transformation Challenge-
This 6 week course is geared to introduce you to CrossFit and set you up for success in your fitness journey. This is where most of our members start to get the best results!
*Each committed participant starts with three (3) mandatory group sessions each week- taught by a CrossFit L-1 certified trainer. This course will demonstrate the movements we typically do in our CrossFit classes, build your confidence and raise your heart rate!
*Body Composition Assessment- We all want to see results and this gives us data of your body fat lost and muscle gained.
*Nutrition Guidance- What should I eat? When? How much? You will receive guidance, suggestions and on-line support to give you the tools to fuel your body to get results.
*Attend at least 3 classes per week- More if you feel up to it! #gogetter You are welcome to attend whichever class best fits into your schedule. All classes will be adapted to your personal ability and fitness level! We suggest you attend the Ignite classes when starting, however you may attend any of our classes during this 6 week challenge.
*Accountability and Support- Surround yourself with positive and encouraging people! At CrossFit 1936 we work hard and have fun. You will be encouraged by all and the best way to to work out is to do it with your friends!
1936 CrossFit Basics-
This one month membership starts with five (5) one on one or small group sessions taught by a CrossFit L-1 certified trainer. This course will educate you in the foundational movements we typically do in our CrossFit classes, build your confidence and raise your heart rate!
After you complete your five sessions use the rest of the month to attend as many classes as you like.
Ultimate CrossFit Membership
If you loved the beginner courses or are coming from another CrossFit Box and are willing to bring that effort each time you walk in the gym...we want YOU to join our Tribe at CrossFit 1936!!
*Unlimited Classes- Attend as many classes as you like and let us take care of your training program. Walk in, work hard and be consistent- the more classes you attend the better your results! With constantly varied programming you will never be bored with your workout and will strengthen all of your muscle groups.
*Beyond the Whiteboard- Free access to the Beyond the Whiteboard (BTWB) app that allows to track your progress, record your results and stay up to date with programming. Monitor your nutrition, weight and lifestyle (sleep, stress, supplements) to track how this effects your day.
*Extra Programming- Tips and applicable tools to stay moving and care for those newly sore muscles you are building! Whether mobility, stretching, specific competition training or technical skill building- Coach makes sure that you are able to perform your best inside or outside the gym. Members may also use available Open Gym time to advance results in addition to CrossFit classes.
*Discounted clinics and seminars at CrossFit 1936- Throughout the year we offer different specialty clinics and seminars to enhance technical movements. Members receive attendance priority and a discount on clinics and seminars offered at CrossFit 1936. Nutritional counseling is also available to members at a discounted price.
